Early Summer Class
Make the most of the greens from your CSA share! Join a cooking class led by CSA member Grace Chou to learn about how to cook with the Minnesota growing season, discuss cooking tips on cooking with a weekly CSA box, and how to clean and keep your produce fresh. Grace will also lead a cooking demo with produce from that week's CSA box.
Storing and Canning Class
Freezing, canning, and storing your extra vegetables from the summer and fall is a great way eat fresh and local into the winter months. CSA Member Grace Chou will lead a discussion about the many ways to store all the excess vegetables from your box or garden. She will also demonstrate the basics of canning tomato sauce.
